$500 - 2 hour event time*

$750 - 3 hour event time*

Note: If you exceed your event time each additional hour is $250

Additional fees

Cleaning fee: $150 (required)

Lighting hang fee: $100 (optional for daytime, required for evening events exceeding 4pm)

Set up dance floor: $150 (optional)

Security deposit (to be returned within 2 weeks if no damage is found) $400

One day Liability insurance (you can get thru wedsure.com and provide us with the documents)

You receive one scheduled walk thru with coordinator or person of your choice. Any additional walk thru will be an additional fee of $20 per hour.

No, you can set everything up yourself and bring in your own vendors/ food/ drinks/ decor. 

You can NOT hang things on lights, walls, or building. Also you can NOT serve alcohol without a bartender. 

We do suggest though for a wedding that you at least have a day of coordinator. Or else you will be setting up and breaking down yourself.

We are so happy you love our intimate space for your special day! If you have a coordinator awesome, if not please reach out to one of ours on our preferred vendor list! 

Our space will only hold up to 65 guests, so please keep that in mind when booking an event here. Also if you will be having alcohol we require you have a bartender on site. 

Yes, as well as everything we have on site. 

We require a $400 security deposit that will be returned to you after your event if there is no damage to our property or items. 

Yes of course! Just when you fill out the request form please select other. 

Music and guests need to be off and gone by 10:30 pm, vendors need to be out by 11 pm. 

This is a full outdoor space, we do not have tenting. You are booking your event with the knowledge that it will be up to you to find a tenting company to come set up for your event. 

No, for a full refund of your site fee you’ll need to cancel 30 days before your event. If you try to cancel 2 week prior to your event you’ll receive only your $400 security deposit. 

Half your payment is due to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due a month before your event date. 

Whatever event you create! We love seeing everyones creative ideas flowing with our blank canvas!! Some amazing ideas we’ve heard already are: Galantines pop up shop, movie night, proposal, silent dj, corporate parties, picnics, wine a paint nights ect..
