No, you can set everything up yourself and bring in your own vendors/ food/ drinks/ decor.
You can NOT hang things on lights, walls, or building. Also you can NOT serve alcohol without a bartender.
We do suggest though for a wedding that you at least have a day of coordinator. Or else you will be setting up and breaking down yourself.

Our space will only hold up to 65 guests, so please keep that in mind when booking an event here. Also if you will be having alcohol we require you have a bartender on site.

Music and guests need to be off and gone by 10:30 pm, vendors need to be out by 11 pm.
This is a full outdoor space, we do not have tenting. You are booking your event with the knowledge that it will be up to you to find a tenting company to come set up for your event.
No, for a full refund of your site fee you’ll need to cancel 30 days before your event. If you try to cancel 2 week prior to your event you’ll receive only your $400 security deposit.
Half your payment is due to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due a month before your event date.
