Due to the fact that all gowns are ordered to each Brides size and specifications we are unable to accept any returns. Therefore we have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL return policy. 

Depending on the circumstance, order time for each gown and how soon your wedding will be taking place, you may be eligible to exchange for a gown of equal or higher value. Your gown MUST be unaltered, unworn, and still under care of our layaway department.
